SCANNING ADMINISTRATOR   (M/F)

About our client:

For one of our clients, a well established asset manager currently facing a growth of activity, we are looking for an Image and Scanning Administrator (M/F).

Description:

Your main tasks will include:
- Identifying incoming client instruction
- Verifying that instructions are in good order for processing
- Dispatching instructions to the appropriate interlocutor
- Meeting all dealing cut-off times and deadlines

Candidate profile:

- You have one year of experience in a similar role
- You are fluent in English, any additional language being considered as an asset
- You demonstrate ability to deal with huge volumes while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- You are flexible, pro active and able to develop further skills on a short term perspective
