JUNIOR FINANCE ASSOCIATE   (M/F)

About our client:
Our client is an international company specialized in Real Estate. For their structure in Luxembourg, dealing with accounting, domiciliation and financial follow-up of Real estate companies and funds, I am currently looking for a Junior accountant.

Description:
You main responsibilities will include:

- Accounting for Luxembourg based holding entities in the Fund's investment structure
- Financial statements preparation
- Coordination of preparation of statutory financial statements for holding entities in other jurisdictions, in liaison with local service providers
- Preparation and execution of wire transfers with cash management team (for Luxembourg and non Luxembourg based entities)
- Follow-up of the fillings of the entities with the authorities of the accounts, tax returns,&
- Liaison with all counterparts : auditors, legal advisors

Candidate profile:
- You have a degree in Finance or Accounting
- You have an excellent command of English, any other language being an asset
- You are motivated and willing to learn
- You are a team-player and can easily adapt to a small structure
- You have excellent communication skills
